How do I personalize a blanket or a stocking?

You can personalize by using our online designer – this enables you to see a live preview of your personalization, as well as adding a name, you can also change the font and color, to make your Chihuahua gift even more memorial.

Each line is styled individually – to change a style / color, select the box you wish to change, then select your chosen style / color.

Please note: personalizations are unique and we are unable to change it  once an order is placed so please be careful and sure of what you want.

What are your delivery charges?

We ship every order FREE to domestic US locations.

What about international delivery?

We charge a standard flat fee of $15.00 per bag for tracked delivery anywhere outside of the United States. Please contact us if you are wanting to place a large bulk order.

Payments

Payments will appear on your bank statement and PayPal Receipt from iPersonalyze.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our products are individually personalized and made to order. We always aim to produce and ship orders within 8-10 days, although we will appreciate your patience during busy peak periods. If you require your product urgently, please contact us before ordering, you can call 888.678.6344.or email customer-care@ipersonalyze.com.

How will my order be delivered?

You order will be delivered via USPS and will usually arrive within 2-3 days, once it has been shipped..

I have a problem with my order, how do I contact you?

If you have a problem you can contact us at customer-care@ipersonalyze.com.  We will always acknowledge your email within 48 hours.  Please include your order number and phone number.

Can I order more than one bag or ornament with different names? 

Certainly!  Simply enter your desired name and then add to the shopping cart – then enter another name and add to the shopping cart.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards via PayPal; including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit.
